Ingredients
- 200 g pasta (e.g. penne)
- 1 chicken breast (sliced)
- ½ cup crème fraîche or cooking cream
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Salt, pepper, optional spices (e.g. paprika or basil)
- Oil or butter for frying
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- In a pan, fry the chicken in oil/butter until fully cooked.
- Add garlic and spices, stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in crème fraîche and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Mix with the pasta – ready to serve!
